If your doctor regularly prescribes for you, he/she may feel it is appropriate to offer the facility to allow you to obtain further supplies of your medication without having to see him/her on every occasion.

All prescriptions are now on computer, and there is a tear off form on the right hand side of each prescription which has your name, address, computer number and a list of drugs prescribed.

You may obtain authorised repeats by any of the following methods:

ringing the surgery and selecting option 2 on the telephone menu
handing it in at the Dapdune Pharmacy (next to the surgery)
ask your local pharmacy if they offer an order and collect system
handing in a list of the repeats needed in reception
write in with a stamped addressed envelope, and the prescription will be sent back It takes up to 2 working days for us to process a prescription request, and the pharmacy 1 or more working day(s) to get in the medication.
